The form in our website asks you to provide basic contact information such as your name, e-mail address, phone number, and address of the house you are trying to sell.

For the quickest response time, you can contact us through the phone number listed above.

When we take your call we’ll ask you about your house’s location as well as other info such as: number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, year it was built, among other things.

This allows us to assess whether your property fits our investment criteria. Which brings us to an important note*.

*Investment Criteria

EP Real Solutions is a real estate investment company, and like every other investment company out there, we aim to put our money to work on properties that will give us a good return on investment.

It is entirely possible that a house does not meet the criteria and as such will not be considered for purchase. This, however, should not deter you from contacting us because even if we cannot buy it, we can offer you advice on how to sell it.

Furthermore, at this stage in the process we typically won’t flat out make a decision on a house. What we like to do is meet the homeowner at the house and give it a good look; which bring us to the second step of the cash buying process.

Seeing The Property

Once we have the info we’ll set a day and time to see the property.

When we meet we’ll take a look at the property and assess things like: any repairs the house might need; whether you’re still paying the mortgage or if you’re renting the house; and your financial standing and goals.

With all of this discussed, a decision might be made on the spot. This all depends on, again, our investment criteria, the complexity of your situation and our partners’ input.

All this deliberation does not last more than 2-3 days and we can usually come to a decision in about a day.

Final Decision

When everything is analyzed we arrive at the final decision.

If we see that your property fits our investment criteria, then we’ll go ahead and make you a no-obligation cash offer. You don’t have to accept it and we won’t charge you any fees if you decide not to sell.

We won’t force you to sell nor will we try to deceive you into selling. That is not the way we conduct business.

If you do decide to go forward with the sale, then the title company will take care of all the paperwork and we’ll cut you a check.
